Old fashioned style doesn't mean old fashioned features! This faucet is as modern as it gets!
The Kohler Antique Widespread Faucet may look old-world, but in fact it has all the most modern features. The 1.5 gpm water flow complies with the EPA's Watersense criteria without seeming "low-flow". The lever handles are easy to turn even with limited hand strength and gripping capability meeting all ADA guidelines.
This faucet has a 3-hole widespread mount, meaning that the handles and spout are installed individually. This allows greater flexibility in placement of the handles from 8" to 16" apart. The lift rod for pop-up drain assembly sits atop the base of the spout, so it is very easy to reach. Pull the top up to close the drain, push it back down to open the drain again.
Lever handles are a great way to make your bathroom faucet more accessible:
The gripping possibilities can be adapted based on your hand strength or range of motion.
The lever's full range of motion is only 90°, meaning that there is only a ¼ turn from off to "full on".
The Ceramic disk construction (washerless) makes for a smooth and consistent operation.
