General Info

The vertical portion of the bar pivots 180 degrees, and locks in 5 different positions.The Dependa-Bar™ is a wall mounted ADA Compliant grab bar and pivoting support all wrapped into one space-saving unit!

The Dependa-Bar™ is a space-saving stainless steel support rail that pivots with you as you move.

The vertical portion of the Dependa-Bar™ pivots a full 180º and locks in 5 different positions that are 45º apart. It can actually move with you as you transfer in and out of the bathtub reducing the need to depend on multiple mobility aids.

The pivoting grab bar can be locked flat against the wall when the bar is not in use.

These units are excellent elderly products as well as disabled living aids. They make your bathroom more handicapped accessible, creating a bathtub that is much easier to maneuver in and out of as well as inside.

AM2600 WingIt™:

WingIts allow you to install grab bars without a stud.The WingIt™ is like an oversized molly bolt. With 5/8" sheet rock (common in commercial facilities), no blocking is needed, which means there is no need to tear open and reconstruct existing walls, saving time and money.

In residential installations, it is still preferable to have blocking if you are installing over ½" dry wall. (Wingits™ alone with ½" drywall will only hold up to 250 pounds). However, installation over ceramic tile, tub surrounds, or marble do not require blocking and can handle up to 800 pounds.
