General Info
The Aquatec® RSB Bath Lift is a battery powered bath seat that reclines for comfort.
If you have a problem with muscular control and you need to soak in the tub, the Aquatec® RSB Bath Lifter is the solution you have been seeking.
In addition to all the quality features of the standard Aquatec® Bath Lift, the Aquatec® RSB Bath Lift has adjustable side pieces that help to keep the bather in place.
The lifting motor is controlled by a push button hand control. The seat extends 27.8" from edge to edge when it is at the top of the tub, allowing you to transfer into the seat with ease. As it descends into the tub, the seat has a flap on either side that folds upward to allow for the curve of the tub. If you have a wider tub or Jacuzzi, consider the Aquatec® RSB Wide (35.5" from side to side).
There is a battery indicator light on the hand control to let you know when to recharge the battery. A built-in safety feature will not allow the seat to lower unless there is enough power to lift again.
The Aquatec® RSB Bath Lift can be folded for storage, or separated into 3 parts: back, seat and hand control. An optional Carrying Bag is available for storage or transport. (See the "Accessories" tab for details.)
Self-release suction cups adhere to smooth surfaces. Optional Extra Large Suction Cups are recommended for slightly textured surfaces. (See the "Accessories" tab for details.)
Bathtub lifts are great for disabled baths and helpful for any caregiver bathing the elderly. They are easier on both the caregiver and the bather and enable security and comfort in the bath.
- Minor assembly is required. No tools are needed.

The aid could be placed closer to the edge of the lift flap. You would sit on the disk, turn and slide so that you would be seated more in the center of the lift. The base of the aid not covered by the disk bends as the seat lowers into the tub. |
