This gorgeous wall-mounted shower seat is the perfect safety aid for your designer bathroom. The beautiful Brazilian walnut seat of the SerenaSeat™ is naturally resistant to moisture and mildew and is 3 times stronger than teak. These are lovely shower chairs for elderly users, but are equally useful bathtub chairs for anyone wishing to shave or wash more comfortably in the shower.

With its slim profile you'll barely notice the SerenaSeat™ when it's folded up, but when the shower seats fold down, it provides a sturdy and handy place to sit and bathe. A machined precision tension hinge prevents the seat from inadvertently falling down.

Two 15" concealed wall mount braces maximize wall contact and spread the weight-bearing surface for an exceptionally solid feel (capacity up to 450 lbs). The wall mount is hidden, but the back is removable if you need to get behind it to clean.

Professional skills are required.

• Should not be installed in fiberglass/acrylic shower enclosures with insufficient stiffness and strength to support the weight.
• Should not be installed into metal studs. The holes on the SerenaSeat™ were designed for wood studs at 16" centers.
