General Info

Polished Chrome Hand Held Shower with matching holder and hose.KOHLER® designed this multifunction handheld shower for style and easy care.

The Forte® multifunction handshower has and adjustable spray face, offering 4 spray styles:

  • Full Coverage

  • Therapeutic Massage

  • Water Saving

  • Soft Aerated

To change the spray selection, grip the outer rim of the face and turn.

This hand held shower replaces the existing shower head. Use the Hand Held Shower affixed to the wall with the optional matching shower holder (see the Accessories Tab for more information) or use it as a hand held. You can choose a matching 60" or 72" metal shower hose to complete the set.

The ergonomic spray head pivots for better targeting of the area you want to spray. It has a MasterClean™ spray face that resists hard water buildup and is easy to clean.

Installation Rating
Minor assembly, some tools or strength may be required.
  • Plumbing codes may require an atmospheric vacuum breaker to be installed in-line to hand showers. (The purpose of the atmospheric vacuum breaker is to prevent a siphon from allowing a contaminant or pollutant into the potable water system.) Install this piece between the interlock hose and the shower arm.
  • (Kohler strongly recommends) the use of a scald guard either in the plumbing or in-line with the shower hose.
  • The hose is threaded onto the shower outlet. Be careful not to over tighten.

Accessories

If you want to keep the hand held shower on the wall as a shower head or simply for storage, select a Hand Held Shower Holder that matches the Handheld Shower and Hose. It comes with anchors, a bracket and screws to secure the holder to the shower wall.
