The SuperPole™ Basic

The SuperPole™ Basic is a grab bar that can be placed anywhere, not just along the walls.

The SuperPole is floor to ceiling pole that provides sturdy and safe assistance for standing and sitting. Use it to help you get out of bed, out of a chair, transfer to the toilet, transfer into the tub - anywhere you need it!

This height adjustable pole is held "rock solid" by simple jackscrew expansion (tension-style mount) between the floor and ceiling. The jackscrew is conveniently located at the bottom of the pole and gives a generous range of fit, 93 - 99 inches high. For an additional 21 inches of height try the Uni-Fit Height Extender. (See the Accessories Tab for details.) Custom heights are also available by special order.

The SuperPole is easy to install and easy to relocate - no drilling, no screws. It has rubber pads that ensure no marring of the ceiling or the floor (particularly of interest to apartment renters!).

Disabilities can mean difficult transfers for you or a caregiver. The Superpole series makes these transfers so much easier, making every room more handicapped accessible. The Superpole can also be used in addition to other grab bars for bathrooms.

Optional Combinations: SuperPole™ with Bar

The 16" SuperBar™ rail pivots 360º around the SuperPole in safe small steps, providing "moving support".

A gentle lift unlocks the bar to allow it to move. The bar can lock with every 45º turn to assist with standing or sitting.

You'll notice a greater feeling of stability with the wide horizontal rail for weight bearing support.

Installation Rating

Assembly is difficult, special skills may be required.

• The SuperPole™ should only be installed between floors and ceilings of solid construction or injury may result.
• The SuperPole™ should not be installed on loose floor coverings, in rooms with radiant ceiling heating, in mobile homes, or in suspended or angled ceilings without special mounting accessories.
• Range of fit: 93" - 99" H (up to 120" with the optional Unifit Extender)
• Please measure and assess your need carefully. Once assembled or installed, there will be a 20% restocking fee if returned.

Angled Ceiling Anchor

Do you need to use your SuperPole in a room with a slanted ceiling? The Angled Ceiling Anchor replaces the standard ceiling plate, allowing you to secure the Basic Superpole to slanted ceilings with a slope of 45º or 90º. (This item can be used in conjunction with the Uni-fit Height Extender.)

Uni-Fit Height Extender

The Uni-Fit extends the height of a standard SuperPole to fit any ceiling height from 100 - 120 inches. The Uni-Fit is a separate piece that slides over the top end of the SuperPole and has pre-drilled holes to adjust the height properly.
