The Assista-Rail with Assista-Cane is an interesting combination. The bedrail offers protection from falling out of bed. It also gives you something to grab hold of to help you position yourself in bed or pull yourself up to a seated position.

The Assista-Cane provides a handle that is perpendicular to the bed. You won't need to twist your body or push down on a mattress. The supportive cane helps keep your balance while you stand up. It is in a fixed position so you don't have to worry about it turning or wobbling as you stand.

Installation Rating

Minor assembly, some tools or strength may be required.

• Installs easily using only a screwdriver!
• Slide the rail base between the mattress and box spring and strap it down with the attached safety strap.
• The Assista-Cane is then screwed on to the Assista-Rail frame with the two included safety clamps.
• AM Note: Please be sure that the installed rail is snug against the mattress to prevent the possibility of entrapment.
