We're listening! We really want to hear the good, the bad and the ugly about out customer service, our products, our shipping - whatever you want to say, we want to hear it. How else would we know how we are doing?

Customer Service

We'd prefer your thoughts in writing, so we can let the right people know what you think. Please .

Your feedback could include things like:

• information on the website (more? less?)

• our newsletters

• shipping (the condition of packages on arrival? the length of delivery?)

• customer service representatives (when you called, they were helpful, not helpful?)

We will surely appreciate all comments. We may even contact you for follow-up information.

Products

We welcome product reviews. Your real world experience is helpful for other visitors. Every product page has a 'Write a Review' link at the top. You can enter your review with as much or as little information as you like. No names or emails are required. Just a nickname.

• Since these reviews are on product pages, we ask that your comments be about the specific product, not our service.

• Please be constructive, whether you are happy or unhappy. For example: "this product is terrible" is not helpful for the next visitor. Instead "this product was too short to reach ...."

• Before your reviews are posted, they are sent to a third party (PowerReviews) who makes sure there are no obscenities, etc.

• Then , within a few days, your review is posted.
