We want you to be happy with the products you select from AdaptMy.com™!
We do our best to select well designed products. But sometimes there are problems or the product is just not right for you. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, merchandise may be returned within 30 days if the product is in new, resalable condition.
For an exchange or refund, please call 1-866-993-0783 or for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please let us know in what way the product did not meet your needs. A customer service representative will provide you with the necessary return information.
Refunds or exchanges MUST be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. (This tells us who the return is from.)
All parts, instructions and original packaging MUST be present. (Even for defective products, as manufacturers will not accept products back from us without the original packaging.)
Restocking Fees are often required on items shipped directly from the manufacturer. This restocking fee is imposed by the manufacturer to recover time spent receiving the returned product in, examining it, restocking it in the warehouse and issuing a credit to us (so we can pass it on to you).
Are occasionally incurred due to the expense of shipping a product to you. In order to remain competitive, we try to give you the best pricing including shipping. Some of that needs to be recovered if you don't like the product.
It is our policy to minimize these restocking fees as much as possible. Although it may be posted at 30%, the restocking may actually be much lower. (Ask a customer service representative how we make that determination.)
Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable. That is the nature of most mail order companies, particularly when a large variety of products are offered.
Can be returned for repair or replacement within 30 days.
Many products have a manufacturers warranty. After 30 days, or earlier if you prefer, you may work directly with the manufacturer.
Please use these products in a safe and appropriate manner.
