Orders Never Received

We send a shipping notification email when your order ships. For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment. Please look there to see if there is information regarding your order.

• UPS tracking numbers indicate where your order is located and the anticipated date of arrival.

• The USPS does not track orders, only deliveries.
